7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Order Cancellations:
    Cancellations are allowed only before the order is dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
  • Returns & Refunds:
    Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue (e.g., wrong item delivered, damaged product, expired item, etc.).
  • Timeframe:
    You must raise a return or refund request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
  • Eligibility:
    To be eligible for a return/refund, you must provide:
    • Valid order details
    • Photo or video evidence (in case of damage, wrong item, etc.)
    • Reason for return
  • Approval and Resolution:
    Once your request is reviewed, we may approve or reject it based on our internal quality checks and delivery confirmation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or store credit.
  • Exceptions:
    Perishable items (e.g., fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy) may not be eligible for return unless delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.
