4. How do I place an order?

Simply visit our mobile app, browse our categories, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

We aim to deliver within 60 minutes from the time of order placement.

Yes, the minimum order value is 299.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor the delivery status in real time.

If you miss the delivery, our team will attempt to contact you. You may reschedule based on availability.

Payments & Refunds

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD).

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once it is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method if applicable.
